The IPG shop takes over from the New York office of the Kaplan Thaler Group. Independent agency Bernstein-Rein is also taking $45 million creative chores for PetSmart, while Stein Mart is making Atlanta shop 22squared its new lead agency; the brief is valued at $30 million. Staying in the US, the Washington State Lottery is appointing WPP's Cole & Weber United as its new creative agency, and The RoomPlace is charging Zimmerman Advertising with producing an integrated advertising campaign; billings are slated at $10 million and $12 million respectively.
