** A note on the User Guide for academic users

The User Guide for academic users excludes the chapters on Personalisation and the Warc Toolbar because these functions require users to have individual log-in details, not IP address-based access generally used by student users at business schools and universities. Academic account administrators wishing to discuss alternative access options to enable this functionality for students should contact their Client Services Manager.
